Did they come off of an f150? What name brand are they? When I was looking for tapered blocks I was told no one made them for an f150 so I bought shims. Also which u bolts do you have now?

Are they double pin? I think as long as each block has two pins it should work. Most trucks blocks only have one pin, but ford has two.

They do make tappered blocks for the F150, i dont know how big they make em though, i got a set of 4" ones on a a shelf in my garage. But ya those blocks should work just as long as you get big enough U-Bolts

Its not bad. Its stiffer than up front though for sure. I think it depends on what kind of shocks you get also, and my shocks are pretty firm in the rear. Dont get me wrong though, its not bad at all. Its not choppy or anything, but you can feel speed bumps and stuff like that alot more.

Rough countrys rear fabricated blocks are 5.5" and tapered

but the 04 up will require dual pin the 03 and older would use a single 9/16 pin
