Front suspension IE CV axles

Ok so the other day i was messing around when it rained in 4wd and took a turn at full lock and then i heard a loud pop from the front right end. now when ever i turn sharp or really just random times my truck makes this awful screeching noise like i have a rock stuck in the brakes but there isnt anything like that in there and my 4wd works fine no irregular steering problems and nothing else that i can tell besides this noise every now and then. could i have broken my cv axle and cant see it there isnt any tears in the boot at all i havent pulled it off due to the fact that i am about to leave for a mission to panama city panama, but has anyone had one of these replaced if so what am i looking at for parts and labor or do it myself all insight would help out alot i will try to get it on camera but it only does it when it wants to. thanks to everyone i know i am asking
in the right place.

I used to have loud pops from my right side in 4 wheel drive. I even had the driveline shop that did my gears try to find it, and they couldn't. Finally I had a CV boot tear so I replaced the CV axles and now the pop is gone. There was no diagnosis or anything, I just said f*$k it and replaced them and got lucky. I didn't tear into them to see if they were broke when I swapped because I had to send them in on a core. But it sounds like your CV axles are binding up and popping. Especially with your leveling kit, it's a good possibility.
