98 F150 leaf spring mounts omg so exspensive

ya i have a 98 f150 i had big plans on lifting but after i already had to replace the rear frame cause the guy i got it form overloaded it sending the shocks through the frame i found out that the f ing mounts i just chopped off cost about 300 ea. for the front of rear hangers and 130ea. rear of rear hangers im about to lose it. made a big mistake not trying to slavage them i think but they were pretty bad anyways. so now my question is DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET THESE NEW VERY CHEAP. IM not about to drop 1000 bucks on four mounts ill kick the dang thing over on its roof if i have too.

just a note its a 98 f150 ext cab step side 5.4 triton 4x4. im sure everyone who has this yr has ran into the same problem as me. how come they are so cheap up to 96 and the after yrs of our trucks but from 98 to 03 i believe they are hard to find or we have to go junk yarding im just abou tto trade it for a darn cavalier so i can actuallly find parts. if you cant tell at this point im getting pretty discouraged. i found some lowering kits that have the rear mounts cheap but why the heck would i drop a 4x4 even though some look cool its not suitable for me really. plus doesnt help when i need the fronnt hangers also.

im not much for using used parts on a rebuild i mean if i get used ones they have to be like new with no grinds or bends because this is a very stressful spot for these vehicles

big lifts don't have their own hangers?

i'd agree with patman, any stock brackets you buy used will have some "extra massaging" because getting them off is a p.i.t.a.

you could always find someone stripping one out, and cut a set off, without screwing them up. not sure, but maybe the expys have the same hangars.

well i rechecked my front ones they will work the back hangers will work if i have to but dang they are thin as heck. im gonna get a set of lowering mounts and shackles and sell the lowering shackles and use the mounts. then just get some regular shackles. and as far as i know any lift i have gotten never included the hangers but this is my first f150. the ranger i had was lifted by blocks and an extra leaf and the brackets for the front all kindly supplied by skyjacker love those guys. but for now to get it on the road this is my plan
