2008 Leveling kit problem

I just put a 3" leveling kit on my 08 4X4 and now the front end is making a grinding noise. It sounds like something caught in the brake rotor but it is intermittent. Any thoughts?

Is it making this noise only when in 4wd? Could be multiple things. Could be your brake rotors need replacing or you might have blown a bearing in the cv axle, although Im highly doubtful of that unless you engaged 4wd and turned very sharply or drove a ways on pavement in 4wd. If it sounds like metal crunching then its probably your cv axle, if its like an intermittent metal scraping noise, most likely brake rotor unrelated to your level kit unless somehow something got caught in there during installation

Could possibly be your IWE Solenoid/Actuator going out. Heres a quick search i did to help you read up. But you can search more for more threads and post on this subject

Thanks. It ended up being the dust cover behind the rotor. It got bent during the installation.
