shutter during braking

alright guys, the problem has been getting worse. when i brake the front end bounces/shutters. the faster im going when i brake the worse it is. im also getting a side to side shimmy of the steering wheel but thats at slower speeds. the shocks only have 35k on them but they dont take big hits like they use to. there are some huge drainage dips on the way to work i used to be able to fly through smooth and now i have to crawl through them because how hard the hit is on the front end and everything rattles(feels smooth like it always has in the rear).

i rotated my tires the other day and was spinning the rotors. i dont see any warpage but i know thats not a scientific way to check. ive never done anything that would over heat them and ive never got them really hot before playing in water. i checked for ball joint play as well as play in the steering system and found none.

any help would be appreciated

07 f150 with 6" procomp lift.

Most likely rotors. How many miles on the brakes?

pads have 35k, rotors could be a lot more. got my lift from a 04 or 05 f150 used. for ease of swap we kept the rotors on the spindles, i gave him my spindles and i got his. rode fine for the last 2 years or so since i got the lift its only in the last few months the problem has been there

well a buddy of mine said the same thing, warped rotors. so my next question is, is it better to have the stock ones turned or buy new? if turning the stockers would work id rather go that route since itll only be about $50 for both

i would go with some new slotted rotor this will help with reduce heating since im sure you have larger tires.
