Bilstein Install Question

New shocks arrived today so I thought I would tackle the rear install tonight. Have one side off and the new shock on. My question is this. I have a 2wd crew cab and the rear have the bolt through the bottom and the piston rod top. When I try to tighten the top the piston rotates as I torque. I sure don't want to put pliers on the piston.

Suggestions on how to snug it up? I don't see a wrench point where the piston enters to tube so I am at loss on how to tighten anymore.

Thanks!

Check the end of the piston...Allen wrench may fit in, then tighten with open end wrench....
