Did your lca's not come with ball joints? If not don't re-use the stock ball joint. Go to o'reillys and get the ball joint number -8695t-....

They have 2 available

$22 with lifetime warranty

$42 with lifetime warranty

I just pressed my ball joints in today. The kit you get from the store will not work. You will have to find someone to press them in for you.

Thats wierd cause my 07 took about 3 hits and it came right out. Wish I could offer some help but not sure what to tell you. You could spray some PB blaster in it to see if maybe it is siezed up.

put a big prybar in a way that you can push down on the LCA to provide motivation for it to go, then smack the spindle where the BJ goes through it hard a couple times and it will come right off
