how hard is the body lift to install on a 2007 supercrew? and how much of a body lift would be needed?

and what does as lift, aal lift stand for? I've seen that in several threads but can't figure out what it stands for.

aal is an add-a-leaf for the rear leaf spring pack. 37's will fit with the right wheel, but I'd add a 3 inch body lift or at least get the optional MX6 coilovers that you can crank up for a couple inches of lift.

I had a body lift on my 90 bronco and wasnt impressed with body lifts so I think I'll stay away from those.

Not to mention if I go 37's I assume I'll lose some power and need to regear so I may just stick with 35's and my stock limited slip and 3.73 gears.

Thanks for all the help.
