knocking when I turn......

knocking when I turn......

I have a 2008 F150 fx4 5.4 with a six inch bds lift 20" wheels and 35" tires, I just started to hear a knocking coming from the drivers side when I turn right any idea where I should start looking?

turn at full lock or partial turn?? also are all you lugnuts tight? loose lugs can cause a wheel to shift a lil bit back and forth.

Just a normal turn not full lock, and only when I turn to the right.

No not rubbing its a knocking sound I have trimed everything is sight

Ill have to check my lugs it just started when I got my truck out of the shop for a master cylinder replacement. Dont know if it has anything to do with it.

can you have someone stand outside the truck while you make your turn in the park lot to see if that person can pinpoint an area the noise is coming from in the truck??

Yea already did that, cant hear anything. Only happens when Im driving.

Did they replace brake pads as well? If so, you could have a loose caliper. My truck did the same thing you described when one of my calipers was not tighted properly... Just an idea

Also wouldn't be a bad idea (if you have not already) to get your torque specs back out and go over all the BDS installed parts from the lift install.
