can't say i've come across a bolt YET that can't be removed with heat and a good quality gun. to get your heat are you using a puny propane torch or acetylene? propane aint gonna do you squat when it comes to heating up some sizable bolts. a rosebud tip on a torch heating up the net till its cherry and jamming a gun on it should give you no problem on its removal. if you're using handtools you'll need a long breaker bar. snap on has a nice 1/2 drive 3ft long one to really give you some leverage. beyond this a nice controlled application of c-4 will be your last resort.

I turned my oxy/acet back in on its lease so i just use map gas. it cherries up the 18mm bolts quick..I didn't want to damage the rubber bushings so after soaking the bolts over nite i did free one up the other was a no go and after 5 heat cycles and beating the tar out of it and it still wouldn't move. the one that did free up would only come out a inch in a half. so i did resort to the plasma torch. and my 25 to press still couldn't get the remenants out so will see what i can do or find a replacement control arm. the other arm has a ton of rust in the bushings where the new bolts wouldnt go threw without reaming.
