Question Leveling Kit Question...?

I am looking to purchase the Auto Spring leveling kit but I am not sure whether to get the 1-1/2" or 2" leveling kit. I have an 5.4L FX2 and I want to raise the front but I do not want it to be higher in the front compared to the rear? I have read that the 2" puts it higher then the back and not...

Suggestions..please!

I went with the 2" kit and kind if wish I had only installed the 1-1/2" lift. If I measure at the very top center of my wheelwells the front is now 1" higher than the rear.

With a '09 4x4, the 2" AS left the front exactly 1/2" higher than the back. I have the 20" wheels, so I have the extra leaf. I suspect this adds 1/2" to the back. I like the height of the front, so I will likely lift the rear 1/2" (adding a 6" long leaf to the bottom of my spring pack) or replace the 1.5" block with a 3" block. I sure wish someone made a 2.25" - 2.5" rear block!

By the way, the 2010 doesn't get the extra leaf with the 20" tires, it is on the 7700# GVWR trucks though.

Another by the way... I removed the lower control arm frame bolts to get the strut back in. I didn't want to put the massive force required to shove the control arm down; the reason it won't move is that the CV joints are binding.

if i were you and wanted to get the exact height desired. Just go with adjustable coilovers by like bilstein or rancho you can adjust it to what you want the ride height it to be
Little extra money but youll get a better ride too

I just removed a 2" spacer that will make the front end sit level with the rear, not higher. I'll send it to you for $60. Autospring 2"...
