Not a single rub. 37's with 6" lift will fit both 2wd and 4wd with minor trimming.. 37's can also be used with oe wheels or 8" wide with minimal backspacing with 2.5" level and 3" body.. i like to cram. haha
That bulletproof lift is worthless IMO thats why i didnt put it on there. Piece of Crap engineering if you ask me. 37s on a 2wd with a 6inch lift? Have you seen someone do this?

Your better off waiting instead of getting that 3inch skyjacker

RBP has done it with their feature in Truckin magazine. It was an 09 but it can be applied to 04-08 as well. Its either on the tech section of truckinweb.com or on RBP's website. And theres a guy that always parks near me at school thats rolling a 2006 F150 Reg Cab with a 6" Fabtech on 37x?x17 Cooper STT with 17x9 Moto Metal 951's. I died a little inside when I saw it because he parked right next to me and I looked like a ford ranger compared too him. ha. I need more lift/tire.

I've done a lot of searching on the site for some info on Rough Country's 4x2 2.5" lift and level kit.

I live in an area where the nearest "expert" on lifts and levels is over 100 miles away and I'm hesitant to spend a good bit of money on a lift and tires without getting as much information as I can. Most of everything I've been able to figure out on my own. I can install everything myself, but just don't have a reliable resource with experience on how everything will line up.

I have a 08 F150 STX 2WD. Talked to the guys at RC about thier lift/level kit and they told me everything would work perfectly for my truck. They also reccomend running a 35x12.50 (or 315x70x17) tire, no trimming or other mods required as long as I used my stock wheels.

I read over a lot of the posts and most of you guys agree that that's tough without trimming. I'm planning on ordering everything at once and can't afford any screw-ups and don't want to cut. So, what do yall think? Could something have changed since 2010? Or am I not getting all the info?

Thanks for any advice. I'priciate it much.

I would think a 35" tire would be pushing it just on a level for a 4x2.

On tires for 2004-2008 f150 you forgot to add Federal Couragia M/T fairly new brand and I love them! Great price too, I got all 35x12.50x20 for only $980!
