How is alignment set

How is the alignment set on my 07 F150? What is exactly adjusted?

They adjust the toe-in and the cambher. Toein is just that. When a wheel toes-in or out rather than straight in line. Cambher is when the top of the tire leans too far in or out rather than straight up.

So both the upper and lower controls arms are adjustable or just the uppers?
