Regular Cab Level Kit?

I am looking to level a buddy's regular cab (08 STX). What size Daystar strut spacers should I get and what size tire will he be able to run?

I see they make a 1" and 2" - I thought a 1.5" would do... any ideas???

thanks guys!

i have a 2005 f 150 regular cab and i got a 2 inch daystar for mine. im running 33 inch maxxis bighorns. It might be different for the 08's but i recently lifted my truck in the air after wheelin and my right front tire would not spin and was really clanky when rotated. it turns out my suspension has sagged some and with the leveling kit installed it put the CV shafts at too much of an angle. so i have to get some limiter straps to make up for the suspension sag so when my suspension is maxed out the cv axle doesnt break. if you go off roading alot i would reccommend the lift kit if you can afford it. but the leveling kit is awsome until your suspension starts to sag. but if you dont beat on it i wouldnt worry about it.

Cool - thanks for the reply. We will go with the 2" and 33's and see what happens. Thanks a lot!
