Anyone have any idea how much of a raise in the rear these shocks give?

Yes, 0".

Ways to lift the rear of your truck:
- add-a-leaf
- new spring packs
- blocks
- lift shackle
- air bags
- special application rear coilover

^^^ I got the same lift in the rear with my Bilsteins, 0".

Great! I was hoping it would not be affected. I did not want an increase---I just wasnt sure.
