Angry Can't Figure It Out!!!!

I have a 05' FX4 F-150, 6in fabtech coilover lift, 35in tires, I have a rattling sound coming from my drivers side, all the ball joints are good, Cv's are ok, and I had an alignment. I even phisically got under the truck and shook it. I cant find it, wheel bearings are ok and my iwe solenoid, and actuators were replaced. It's only when I go over uneven terrain like a crappy street that kinda shakes the truck. Any ideas??

How long has the lift been on? Not sure what it could be, but will share my experience with you as I had a similar noise and couldn't find it for a while. You might check your brake caliper bolts. I had a similar issue on my lift when new and the caliper bolts didn't get tightened enough and the caliper was actually rattling.

X2 on the heat shield on the cat, but mine was at certain RPMs and not due to bumpy roads. In any event, a few well placed clamps fixed the problem. BTW there is a 100k mi warranty on exhaust components (for my 2005 at least).

As for the OP, hate to say it but you may need to retighten all bolts related to the suspension such as the bolts on the crossmember, support rods, half shaft spacer, etc. Do you have a skid plate?

Question Still

The heat sheild is fine, and my calipers are ok. The lift has been on for like two maybe three months. My skid plate is ok too, I cannot figure this noise out!
