Alignment question

I'm looking for ideas or maybe a place to vent....please bear with me.

I have an 02 f150 FX that I"m (tire shop) is having a time aligning.

The truck I bought it 3 months ago and have put about 3K miles on it.(it does have a rebuilt title)
Trucks steering wheel was straight, no pulling or anything.

It developed a clunk sound and the place said a bad front shock, rt upper and lower ball joint and outter tie rod. (also put a camber / caster ring on the upper, just rt side though)

So they replaced all the parts and now the truck is about 1/4 turn off on the wheel.
When you let go of the wheel she'll dart to the right.

They are more or less telling me due to the fact its been wrecked is the reason its not right.
They're telling me a frame tug is the way it would be right.

I have a hard time grasping the idea its that far off with it driving the way it was before and no signs of wear on my tires. (even wear across)
I would think with 3K miles on it my tires would be shot or wore somewhere.

Anyone else ever had this type of problem?

They told me that due to the fact I changed one control arm with ball joint.(rt side)
Only one side needed the camber bolts.

Starting to wonder if the new ball joint is frozen and is the cause.

Anywho, its going back today at noon for another go around.

no the camber bolts have nothing to do with replacing the ball joint. they help with the alignment and not with how the control arm goes in
