was wondering what mods would have to be done to swap out my 6'' pro comp knuckles to a set of 8'' rize? is this possible?

that won't work. you would need to swap over the entire kit.

The subframe on the Rize 8 inch will be larger.

yeah, meaning that the lower control arm wouldn't be relocated 2'' further down to mount onto the Rize knuckle without the Rize subframe. sorry, bud.

I kinda see what you guys are sayin but I'm not wantin the knuckle to be 2" lower I'm actually wantin it to be 2" taller to line out my UCA's if that makes any sense? Eitherway I've already ordered the knuckles if they work Great if not oh well got them pretty cheap.

This sounds like a fabulous idea, while your at it toss on of them 3" leveling kits on top.

Maybe I'm not making myself clear? I'm not trying to lift the truck anymore than it is. The only thing I am trying to get out of this swap is alittle better angles on my uca's with the taller neck on the rize knuckle

I see what you are saying now. But I don't think your ball joint/CV joint angles are gonna be better. They will probably be worse.

Maybe you are just brain dead...

your Procomp lift should have retained FACTORY LIKE UCA angles.... if your UCA angles are not fairly close to factory then you either A> have a leveling kit installed on top of the Procomp or B> have adjustable coilovers cranked for extra lift.

for your sake and everyone driving in NE Arkansas I hope it works for you, even if its a hair brained idea.

Thanks for your kind words Trimble I really appreciate it. I was always taught if you have never failed then you have never tried. If it wasn't for others on this site trying something new or different then we wouldn't have half the mods for these truck that we do now. Its not like I asked you to take a couple of hours out of your precious time to give me a hand with this. What I am attempting to do has no bearing on you what so ever. So if you would be so kind to keep your insults to yourself I would appreciate. If not you can kiss my A**!

So what you are trying to do is make your arms go from <| to =| ?

| indicates the frame side.
