Want it higher!

Well right now Im riding on a fabtech 6' suspension kit, and a 3 inch body lift kit with 37' grapplers, but i want it higher. Any suggestions on a suspension lift for me?
My truck is an '03 5.4L v8 Extended cab

I was the same way so what I did was added a leveling kit for another 2inches up front. Then it wasn't big enough so I replaced my 6inch skyjacker with a 12inch Rize for a total of 17inches of lift.

1. Add a leveling kit for another 2.5 inches of lift or get coilovers and crank them

2. Swap out the fabtech with a bigger lift such as Rize 8,10, or 12 inch lift. You can go with bullet proof or whiplash but as other members will agree with me is that they are trash and poorly designed.

But then add in the extra money in rear leaf springs/blocks, possibly driveshafts, tires, gearing if not already done, and shocks.

( Now I can't read your profile as I'm on my phone so can't tell whether or not your 2wd/4wd or 97-03 or 04-08 )

No problem bro.. its all good. Your truck is sweet man. I think you are very limited as of right now. I think the only way you are going to get it bigger would be by using bulletproof or whiplash or some kind of kit like that which most dont recommend. Alot of guys these days are switching over to straight axle swaps which is your best bet for alot of lift. I think you should talk to 4.2trimble, as he has done his own and could help you out if you decide to go that way

^ yeah I posted the same time as he changed it and that's why I put in I can't see his info on his profile lol. But now he's got it posted on the forum.

But anywho. Yeah bulletproof and whiplash as I said are kits that are poorly designed. So your only real option is SAS. Like b2therad said talk to trimble and I know one other member just did an SAS on his older body style.

But be prepared to drop 7-10k for a SAS swap atleast

How High do you want to go? What size tires do you want to clear?

The only reliable way to go higher is to do a SAS

Things you will need

Ford D60 front axle
Sterlin 10.25 or GM14 bolt rear axle
Front Leaf Springs
Rear Leaf springs

Front SAS kit (Farmboy Fabrications sell the only kit for SASing a 97-03 F150) call them

As for how high.. I want to total around 12 inches. take a little or give a little. Im gonna try to be as flexible as i can with limited options, but all im for sure of is i want it higher. I have 37 inch tires, so all i want to clear is those so im good there. Then again i don't want to go too high and make the tires look too small because Another set of bigger tires would kill right now since i just bought them 3 weeks ago.
