Need Help, spindle nut is locking up rotor

Well, I'm in the process of installing my procomp lift on a 2007 F150 2wd. Im almost done with the front but when I went to tighten the spindle nut on the rotor as soon as I get it even a lil snug the rotor starts binding up and won't move. I tried tightening it to 150ft lbs to begin with before going to the 295ft. lb it is supposed to be at but the rotor just will not move when i get the spindle nut even remotely tight. so at this point i am not sure what to do. The rotors are from brakeperformance and the spindle is the one that comes in the procomp kit. Any advice would be helpful. Im pretty much stuck until i can resolve this issue. Thanks.
