shims for 2" lift?

I just bought some 2" lift shackles for my truck and was wondering what degree shims I would need and how wide? So far I've seen 2.5" wide and 3" wide shims. I just need to know which one I will need and what degree would be the best.

Thanks!

Im pretty sure you dont need shims as its not that much lift. I have 3" blocks and my pinion angle is fine. Plus you have an extra cab so you have more length to compensate for the lift.
