Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks are always a good choice.

I have been very happy with my Bilsteins. They have about 100k on them already.

Look for the Fox OEm replacements, they will come valved specificly for the truck=best ride you will get. little more $$, but woth it in the end. If not, Bilstiens next best option

I have been looking at Fox shocks for direct replacements. For the 09 F150 they want $1400.00, Blistens are $91.00.

Those Fox's are a direct replacemnt for the eintire Coil over. not just the shock. The bilstien will come with a basic valving, the fox's will come valved specificly for your truck. Also 100% rebuildable, so you wont have to buy new shocks, just rebild and replace worn parts. Much better ride with better spring rate, and adjustable a few inches of lift if you want it.
