sloppy front end

I have a 2001 extended cab 4x4 with a 3'' body lift, and 66,000 miles. Something in the front end is worn out and making the truck ride rough when it hits bumps, can feel it through the steering wheel. So far I have put on new shocks and replaced all the ball joints. What else needs to be replaced to make it ride better? Thanks for the help.

take a look at the inner and outer tie-rods, idler arm, and sway bar end links.

I agree. Those are all high wear items on our trucks.

The way this site is on the mobile device can be tricky. I actually responded thinking it was a response off my post and then noticed afterwards. It wouldn't let me delete so I put a possible problem
