2010 fx4 alignment issues

OK, so bear with me here because this is kind of long and might sound like the ramblings of a noob. I had my new truck for about a month when i got the 2' AS leveling kit and had it installed by 4wheelparts. decided not to have it aligned right away to see how it drove. since it was just the toe that needed adjusting, it felt same as it was, only it was a little stiffer and harder to turn the wheel.
a week after the install i decided i didnt like the nose high stance so i called them up and they told me they had one inch blocks they could put in for me. decided to have it aligned at the same time. after dropping the truck off and driving 100 miles away from the store they call me and say they dont have any blocks and would have to order them and they cant align it without the new cams(which is total bs) and wanting to avoid the argument with the guys who have my truck i tell them to just get it done.
when i get it back, its pulling to the right, the steering wheel is ****ed and theres a clunk in the front end.
I take it back for another round and now its got an over-sensitive wandering feel to it. before it would track straight when i was coming to a stop, but now i can get it to roll straight until i hit the brakes and then it wants to wander. it just doesnt have the same tight feeling it had stock and even with the kit on and no alignment. its like it wants to dance around when i go over bumps in normal around town driving and it almost feels like it wants to slide through turns.
i dont really know anything specific about aligning, but the 4wheelparts guys were saying that theres no specific magic number within the acceptable range and that it'll be different for every truck, but on a new truck like this, wouldnt that have more to do with the thrust angle? and if the angle is 0 then shouldnt they just go with the recommended spec for a 2010 4x4?

i dont know if anyone could make sense of it for me, but the print outs they gave me dont match from one try to the next and the final cross camber is 0.0*, cross caster is -.8* and total toe is 0.20*

incidentally, i had a three inch block put in the rear at a different shop. is there a big chance that it could affect the thrust angle and i might need a redo on the alignment anyway?
