When rolling in neutral or gear my front end makes a noise in which the best way i can describe it is as if it were a warped rotor and it makes that knocking sound. I know its not a rotor how ever, I just replaced the ball joints and still need an alignment. Would this be the cause? Any ideas? Thanks 1997 f150 4.6l

 

Me too, mine is 4wd and was wondering if it is something to do with front transfer case?
