Leveling kit question

I have an 02 f150 fx4 with a 6 inch rough country suspensio. Lift and a 3 inch body lift, I keep reading about guys putting leveling kits on the same set up I have. How does this work? With me already having a block in the rear? Any help would be great!!!!

The "leveling kits" for the 97-03 4x4's are just reindexed torsion bar adjustment keys. They have to be the worst product ever made. They allow you to put way, way too much preload on your torsion bars which destroys your ride quality and causes premature wear to your ball joints and CV joints. Just crank up the preload on your torsion bars using your OEM adjustment keys.

had the leveling kit on my old truck, 15,000 km later three sets of tie rods and 2 sets of cv boots and new ball joints= will never do it again.
