04 FX4 2" or 2.5"?

I'm wondering which of them would give me a perfect level or even a slight negative rake.
I'd prefer to sit level for now until I can order my AALs but I would be fine as long as the rake wasn't too bad.
I don't think it would but I'm just wanting to double check.

im pretty sure the 04-05's you wanna go with 2.5 to be level and the 06 and up you gotta go with the 2.

I would go 2" myself. The 2" puts your CV on a pretty good angle as it is. Most guys say 2.5" is absolute max, and the 3" is way to much!

I couldn't go 3 even if I wanted, and if I did I'd just hop up to a 4 inch lift from Rancho.

Thanks for the info, guys, I'll try and grab the 2s and then throw on the AALs if I want my rake back.

I was reading this and was wondering as well..

I have a 04 4.6L Scab and I do have a roll and lock bed cover and haul a table and some bins in the back. I race R/C off road and I keep my stuff in the back bed..

Would I be okay with a 2" rather than a 2.5"? If it isn't level, I am fine as long as the front end doesn't go higher than the rear..

I have 18" FX2 wheels and will later on put on some 33's later...but later..

Thanks

2.5. i have an 04 fx4 screw, and you can look in my galleries if you want at my pictures just to see. but for 04-05, its a 2.5 to level. 06+ years usually sit level with a 2"
