Torsion Bars?

I have a 2004 f150 4x4 new body style, and Im tryin to find out what you do with your torsion bars to get the front end up. If anyone could explain I would highly appreciate this because Ive been tryin to figure it out for two months.
Thanks,

on the obs trucks (97-03) the 4x4 setup used torision bars which you could crank the adjustment bolts to lift the front of the truck up. the nbs 4x4's use strut springs which is an entirely different setup

You can buy a spacer/leveling kit for about $70.

Most members here use the Autospring kit. They sell them on EBay. There are a couple how to articles on leveling kit installation if you do a search here.
