Clunk Noise During Turn

I have a 2010 F150 Supercrew 2WD (145"WB) that has just developed what I describe as a thump or clunk when turning the truck and hitting a bump. You will feel this noise in the floor board. I first noticed it today entering my drive way. Any thoughts?

do you have mudflaps that are possibly contacting the curb when entering your driveway?

No mud flaps.

Took it to the dealer and they thank it may be something loose or the rearend. The noise just appeared yestarday afternoon. I was wondering if it was related to TSB 09-25-5. My truck was built in 11/09. The noise is more pronounced for me while turning. I hear the noise sometimes during slow speed braking but haven't heard it under acceleration.

the part where you said you feel it when you hit a bump leads me to beleive that TSB does not apply. I hope your dealer gets you fixed up and post what they find. Wish I could help more but their are too many possibilities.

The truck has less than 300 miles and I think that it may be a tight bushing on the passenger side leaf spring that is making the noise. That side has also has sqeak that only occurs when pressing on the passanger rear of the truck. Had my dad do the pushing and could feel the noise in the spring. My thoughts are that it is so tight that when in a bind such as entering a drive way with different elevation it just pops. The faster I go over the turn the noise is not heard. Maybe I just need to put some miles on it. I will post what I or the dealer finds.

Noise still there, listened as my wife pulled in and out of the driveway. The noise is hardly noticeable outside the truck but am pretty sure it is not from the leaf springs. When the truck makes the noise you can fell the clunk in the floor board. I can hear / feel it during stops and turns that result in the truck suspension being at different angles such as a slow driveway entry. Does anyone know if this is related to TSB 09-25-5. The noise appeared all of a sudden.

Back in the shop for the third time. Techs can hear it but are unable to find problem. Noise is noticeable in the cab but not on the outside. I hope they fix it soon. Just have had the truck for over 30 days.

FWIW, my 2005 F150, clunks the same way when making a turn and hitting a bump. It sounds odd, but my leveling kit go rid of the problem for 35k miles. Now it's back.

Well the truck is now fixed. Dealer had to replace the right rear leaf spring at 980 miles. I love the truck now. Had it on the interstate a couple of time for 80+ mile trips and have seen 20MPG + running at 70 to 75 MPH.
