i know ill need alignment after i put them in. but is there anything else ill need?

I'm not a fan of the spacers on top of the strut. Especially a 3". They are cheap and easy to install, but the ride quality and long term wear and tear on other components suffer. This kit is more than twice as much, and labor will be a few more bucks, but divide the cost difference over the future miles you will put on your truck, and you will be much happier.
