upper ball joint leak

On my 01 screw 4x4,I replaced my uca's and ball joints will moogs about 15k miles ago. The upper ball joint boots look to be leaking out grease. More ugly than anything and I don't see any play. Should I even be concerned or just wipe off the grease now and then? It looks like with the amount of movement these get the boots are going to be forced to tear in a certain amount of time.

Yea, the boot is just a dust shield. It doesn't really hold the grease inside the joint, just protection and exposure. Mostly annoying but definitely not worth the hassle of changing that sucker for a boot.

aftermarket ball joints, u joints, tie rods ect...that have grease fittings are not sealed as well as factory units without them.

Yep, has grease fitting and is spewing out grease. Thanks, Im sure with the 35" tires and heavy walker evans beadlocks the ball joints will wear out soon enough anyway necessitating replacement.
