2002 F150 suspension

This forum has been extremely informative to me. Lots of knowledge. Maybe someone here can help me.

I want to lift this 2WD 2002 F150 1-2 inches all the way around, front and rear. All suspension kits exclude it. I do not want to preload the torsion bars nor do I want to destroy the ride. Is there a solution? Surely lift blocks for the rear is fine. I have seen some springs for the front (overloads?) but I suspect a much stiffer ride. Is this the only solution? Has anyone experienced this?

Any feed back would be appreciated. A source for a good lift solution for this truck would be tremendous. Thanks to all who have educated me this far.

First of all, the 97-03 4x2's do not have torsion bars. THey have coilsprings and dual a-arms. Just install a set of Daystar coilspring spacers and a lift block out back.

Thanks for the clarification. Not sure how I got off track while researching. I have not physically checked the front suspension yet.

Inherited this truck from my son and am putting back in shape. Just had the differential spider gears replaced. Sang a tune at 40-60MPH but not very pretty. Next to quieten the flow masters down and my tech tells me they are blowing on the rear unit. Will extend pipes to rear.

Then it rides too low for my tastes. Do appreciate the information. Thanks again.
