Red face Front End clunking noise

I have a 2002 f150 4x4 Recently I have found that the passenger side tire wobbles a lot. After closer inspection, I found that the bottom caliper pin was rusted. This cause an incredible amount of play in the tire. I started by replacing both caliper pins. Brand new and greased. The tire play went away and all was good for a few days. I started to hear a clunking noise after applying the brakes. It was pretty clear it was the brakes b/c letting off and applying the brakes controlled the noise. So I replaced the bracket and caliper. Again all was well for about a day. I started to hear the same noise again. I put on a brand new rotor. Now the clunking noise is happenining constantly and indenpendent of the brakes. At low speeds it feels like the tire is going to come off. At higher speeds >35 mph I can feel a grind, but no howl. I replaced both hub assemblies about 3 months ago. I suspect the lower ball joint might be bad. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
