lifted? lowered? stock?

are you still going to tow with it?

ride quality will be determined on what you run with coils/coilovers/shocks/valving/spring rate. The link aspect really wont change the ride that much.

well have you thought about getting shackles and flipping the shackle mount?

pull that aal out and try to figure out a way to lift it otherwise. that will save on some ride. there are also other leaf spring manufacturers out there that make the softer ride with a good amount of lift.

well you can always do a 4 link to. or a 3 link. if you do the spring rates right and valve the coilovers right it will ride pretty good.

If you hit up ebay you will see a set of 1.5" lift shackles for your truck.....Atlas, Deaver and National all make leaf packs and can build them to your specs. Deaver is the most expensive I think. I had a set of Nationals which SBCHRIS now owns. They rode good but stiffer than normal because I had them build them with additional payload. I believe it's Topgun Customz that sells the Atlas 6" packs for like $550 or so. ALCHEMY has a set and they look as though they flex pretty well.

it wont be cheap to build a 4 link with coilovers in the rear. especially if you dont know much about it and are going to get it done.

4wheelparts has a sale going and their 6" Skyjacker softride leaf packs are $512 including shipping right now. I have no idea what they ride like but from what I've heard their 4" AAL is decent.

Go with the 6" Skyjackers and later if you want to bump it up to 8" to run 37's all you have to do is add a 2" block.
