Help!!!

Looking to buy a used f150. Its a 08. lifted but I have never heard or seen this lift before. I think the angles look bad also. If you could look in my gallery. They are the only pictures in there. Let me know what you think Truck has 35000 miles. Give any advise please. Thanks

Its a Rough Country lift. It does look like something else has been done because those angles do look pretty rough! The underside of that '08 looks a few years older than the underside of my '06... but... mine does stay on the pavement most of the time.

Yea those angles are worse than my truck with a 2.5" AS leveling kit. My 08, looks spotless compared to that, and I live in a similar climate area. My guess is one that truck is not originally from the area and/or two its spent some time off road. I would be a little cautious to get it with out a good extended warranty.

Let me guess. RCX makes a 4 inch and 6 inch lift. Anyone want to bet some brain surgeon decide to put the 6 inch spacer on a 4 inch lift? I think I'm going to win some money.

Take a real close look at the strut spacer...... see anything wrong? Looks to me like they decided to put a ton of washers, nuts, spacers, etc. between the strut spacer and factory strut in order to gain more lift. Pretty unsafe IMO and I would stay far away from this truck. I can promise you that anybody who is willing to save a few bucks for something like this on a brand new truck either hasn't or won't take care of it.

My opinion..... run away as fast as you can.

Not to mention his home is on an island and he drives the truck back and forth through salt water.
