Want to unlevel my truck....

I have 2wd that sits level but, I would like to do a 2" lift on the front and 4" lift on the back. My thought is to get a 2" leveling kit and some 4" blocks for the rear. Will this work? What things do I have to consider? (obviously longer U bolts).

Thanks for any input....

why does it sit level? it should have a factory rake.

does the truck already have a leveling kit by chance?

but yes that will work, id do 2" Block and 2 1" add-a-leafs

Just checked, it does have a slight rake (used to my ranger that had 5" difference front to rear). As far as I can tell it is stock suspension.

Why do you suggest multiple blocks?

Adding 4" of lift to the rear, you may want to consider some longer shocks. It may not be necessary, but I would think that would be pushing your OEM shocks. These would be a good start http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/p...l-Boot-Down-**
