Have I done my math right for this lift setup?

stock 06' with 265/65/18 tires/rims

Here is the plan...

Cooper Zeon LTZ 275/60/20
Bilstein 5100 up front to level out the truck

My question is this...
I hear and read tire sizes as "I got 35's" or " get some 33's".
The tire size of 275/60/20 means...

275mm wide = 10.8 inches wide
60 means sidewall height is 60% of 275/10.8 = 6.5 inches
20 = rim size in inches

so the size of the tire is 20 + 13 (6.5x2)= 33's

Did I do that right? So the actual lift I get is the 2 inches in the front from the shocks, 2 more inches from the tires in both front and back so 4/2 setup?

Your math on calculating out to a 33" is correct, however you will not be getting 2" more inches from the tires. The 265/65/18 are ~31.5 which is a 1.5" difference, however only half of that goes towards lift. You will be getting 2 inches from the 5100's and .75 inches from the tires so around 2.75" total in the front and .75 in the rear.

Don't let me sway you from getting a tuner..they are great. But I think you're only looking at +/- 3 mph.

Nope, you're good. I figured I'd get a tuner along with the tires to adjust the speedo, but also give a bit more power.
