lower the rear to match the front

i have a 06 f-150 FX4 4x4 supercrew short bed, came with 20" wheels... i want to lower the rear to match the front.. what is the best way to do it, with out breaking the bank..i don't haul anything or never go off road.. most it does is pull my atv trailer to the dunes..which really doesn't weigh it down at all... Thanks.. tryed to search but didn't come up with anything

best bet is to look into some 2 inch lowering shackles for the rear end. belltech and a few others make quality products. look on stylintrucks.com

You have to buy u-bolts from a 2wd truck, they are shorter. Please don't try to use the 4wd ones and stack washers on them I actually saw a picture of someone doing this. Tasca Ford: www.getfordparts.com has them for about $47 and change shipped. So basically about $50 and an hour or two to accomplish the look you want.
