suspension lift, wheel backspacing?

I was just looking into ordering the 5 in rough country lift for my 03 f150 single cab, but i noticed where it calls for a wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing. My wheels are 4.25 inches of backspacing. Does anyone know if 4.25 backspacing will work or if the lift works with wheel spacers?? Any help is appreciated!

they should work fine, that just means that the wheels will stick out .25" farther than a 4.5" bs one. should look good, ha hope you like the tires sticking out wide.
