Front end creeking

Just got 5" RCD lift put on my 01 f150. Now there is a creeking noise when i turn the wheel hard or at slow speeds and when you come to a complete stop or hit the brakes hard at a slow speed. Does anyone know waht could be causing this?

Can you lift the driver side tire off the ground and move it around? See if you can duplicate it...or at least see if its your ball joints. You may also want to double check your bolts from your install. Maybe something got twisted if you tightened one side down harder first. I know on my fabtech...I had to try and install the front axle like 3 times. It kept binding and twisting in the brackets.
