Lower control arm bushing

I'm getting noise coming out of the drivers side front end. Seems to be coming from the lower control arm bushing.
I have a 2000 f150 4wd.
Whats the best way to tackle this, new control arm, just the bushing, I understand I can buy the control arm with a ball joint installed.
How hard a fix is this job?

Spray with anti-squeal fluid until it goes away.

That's what I did.

when was the last time you changed your ball joints? they can get pretty noisy when it is time for a change.

no need to change out the entire lower control arm and ball joints are a drive way install.

The noise seems to be coming from the lower control arm bushing when I rock the truck up and down.
