Looking for tires

I have an 07 FX4 with 2.5 AS leveling kit up front. I'm looking to replace my stock tires with 35's, and they will be going on my stock 20's. What tire size do I need to look for and what brands are good? I was wanting to go with some KM2's but I dont know if they are still as $high$ as they were when they first came out. Is there something out there comparable to the BFG's but cheaper and what site should I purchase from? Sorry, it's been a while and I have kind of been out of the loop on here.

Several members have had issues with 12.50 inch wide tires when using the OEM 20 inch wheels. The issue is that the OEM 20's have 6.5 inches of BS, which tucks the wheel way in. Some members have had problems with some 12.50 inch wide tires touching where the upper control arm/ball joint bolts to the knuckle as soon as the wheel is tightened down. It is barely touching, some tires do while some don't. It's mainly tires with aggressive sidewalls. Some members have used a thin wheel spacer, but sometimes these cause vibration issues on the 04-08 trucks. Others have simply used a slightly narrower tires (like 285mm/11.50 inches wide).
The BFG MT KM's are excellent tires. Other good mud tire choices are the Toyo MT, **** Cepek Mud Country, Pro Comp Xtreme MT and Mickey Thompson MTZ.

Thanks Wandell, you always provide some valuable input. I searched an had forgotten how expensive the KM2's were for 20's. I didnt check the pricing on 17-18's, but, I might as well buy new rims with the proper BS as well as tires and it might save me money in the long run. If I were to get new rims, what would you think would be the ideal BS so I could run 35's,33's 315's or 305s? It seems like I remember people talking about 35's being easier to clear than 33's due to that that you mentioned. Maybe I imagined reading it, it was a while ago
I'm looking at:
Nitto terras, mud, dunes and trails
BFG K/O and KM2's
Pro Comps
Discoverys
Or even better, if someone could suggest an offbrand that looks really really good for cheap. I'm not sure if it would be cheaper to purchase the tires or tires/rims online or here locally.

Check out Kumho KL-78's(AT) and KL-71's(MT). They're comparatively cheap and aggressive looking. I have the kl78 they're good tires imo.

I'd go with a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 to 6 inches of backspacing and some 33's.
