Yes sir thats what you will need. I would get the 3.5" doetsch kit if I were you. Its just preference. What you will be looking for is spindles, shocks, rear blocks, U-bolts and the nut to tighten them. The spindles normally come with cotter pins and nuts. You use all the same stock suspension components. All you have to do it take your brake caliper off and then remove the rotors. You will just have to loosen your ball joints and tie rods to get the spindle out and the lift spindle bolts right up. You cant probably change out shocks without messing with the coils also.

The only way to know with the rake is by measuring the difference in the gap between your tire and fender from front to back and then add lift accordingly.
If you are at 4" now and then you add a 3.5" lift spindle then you will be sitting at 7.5". If you are at 5" in the back to begin then you will only need a 2" block to get your rear to 7" which will have you pretty darn close to level.

I hear you man.. suspension lifts period are outrageous. What kit are you looking at? The fabtech one is more than all of them just about. I would check topgunzcustoms.com.. they have the rough country one at the lowest price I have ever seen.

Okay thats exactly what I was talking about. Keep in mind though that those lift spindles will increase your track width in the front which means that your front tires will stick out more than the rear. Some lift spindles do and some do not. That is exactly what you need though.

Ok, lets see if I understand this correctly...

Right now I have 3.5" from the top of the front tire to the fender. With the spindle I should have approx. 6.5" correct? And I have 5.5" from the top of the back tire to the fender. With the 2" block I should have approx. 7.5" correct. With these numbers I would still have to level the front. I guess a lift spring would be better than the 1" daystar?

Now, if I am already running 31's at these numbers, how would 32's be tight with the new numbers? Am I figureing this Wrong?

with the 1.5" daystar spacer you can run 33"s on your stock rims. which is what im running. id say youd be close with the spindles and 2" lift springs or 1.5" daystar to getting 35's or you can just wait till you get the BL also and go to 35-36"

B2therad got the 3.5" lift spindles, 2" coils and 3" rear block but that put him nose high

Like jake has said.. that 1.5" daystar spacer will let you run 285/75-16's which is exactly 32.8 inches. I ran 285's with no suspension anything.. but on stock wheels. Having a 3" lift on top of that will allow those 285's to fit easily.

If you ran the lift spindles then you will get exactly 3" out of them. I would suggest that you get the daystar lift spacers and run them along with the spindles kit. You will be around 5" of lift in the front and you can put a BL on later and run 35's with no problems.

Lift springs will make your truck ride rougher so thats the only reason that I would tell you not to get them.
