if you want to just run 33" tires then just get a leveling kit but it you want 35's with a leveling kit then your looking at a very limited selection of wheels to choose from to fit 35's with limited trimming otherwise I would jump it up to a suspension lift and your selection of wheels will be a lot larger but there is quite a price difference a leveling kit runs about $75 and a suspension lift is gonna be about $1500 and then your probably gonna wanna re gear which will be another $1100.

fabtech, procomp, rancho are good lift kits. and i think a 2 inch leveling kit will allow you have 33s.

Or a PLS kit from Performance Accessories. That's a 3" body lift with a 2" leveler plus gap guards. The whole kit will cost you about $900. The labor to do an '09 is a lot less than the previous generation of F150s. You no longer need to go through the cab of the truck to get to the body bolts.

Either one will let you run 33's i would go with a 2.5 though
Personaly though i don't like the big 22's with just a 33 looks to low profile for me

I would either go with a 2.5 leveling kit and 35's
But if the money is there go with a 4in rancho or rough country
Or you can go with a 6in rancho or procomp
But you wont need to regear with just a 35 unless you just want to
Also if you go with a bigger tire i would get an intake and a programmer to help get some power back also a exhaust.

completely agree. give it a few months of having your leveling kit, and youll want to go bigger. you should just go ahead and get the lift, you wont regret it.
