Tie rods/ Steering wheel not right

Ok so the other day i replaced my lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rods. when i put everything back together (making sure my wheels and steering wheel were straight) i can now only turn my steering wheel half a turn to the right and 3 turns to the left. Do i have the tie rods on the wrong side? Any ideas how to fix this problem?
Thanks!

did you get an alignement done?

did you try and setup the new ones to be the same length as the old ones so the alignement was close?

Sounds like we are working with a 97-03 truck. Right?
