Blocking the back?

Blocking the back?
Its almost time for me to get a new set of tires and I've determined that if I want a decent looking 33" tire on 18s I'm going to need a leveling kit. Only problem is is that I find most of the 04-08 supercabs I've seen look rocked back (due to the fact that the box of the truck slopes backwards in comparison to the window lines, could be an optical illusion, just what I've noticed). Also, I don't like rolling down the highway with the nose in the air whenever you get a bike in the back or towing a trailer. I see that some people put blocks on the rear axle to get rake back and was wondering if there are any problems associated with doing this? ie, rattling, drive train angle problems
Thanks in advance

Well I added a 2" block that came with the RCD lift kit, however the front was still higher than the back (2wd) so I also added a 2" leaf spring in the rear to give me back a little rake. The front is about 1/2" lower than the rear, which is perfect. The truck looks great, and when I hitch up my 28ft camping trailer it sits perfectly level.

I blocked in the back as the kit came with a 5" block...my leafs were sagging a bit (i think) so i added a 3/4" shim block and stacked it underneath. People say not to stack blocks but the block was custom made with the holes and pins so it lines up. Needless to say 2 months so far with no problems and my back is raked a 1/4" higher as I wanted, all is well. My question is are there people that run bigger blocks lets say like 7 inches high? Mine is at 5 3/4" of block and I don't have any vibrations what soever
