Need regearing? On 35s?
Well, basically, if you baby your truck, and you're not constantly on the throttle, 3.73 should be good enough. A swap to 4.10's wouldn't be worth the hassle because its not that much of a change. Since you're 2 wheel drive, you could actually get 4.30's if you wanted (i'm pretty sure they have em for the rear differential, but not reverse cut for the front). Then the next step up would be 4.56 as the others have suggested. Really, i would just go for the 4.56's. You might lose a couple of MPH off your top end and run a bit higher RPM, but if you ever want to move up in tire size 4.56 can handle up to 38's decently.
running 3.55's and 33's, then street racing some idiots, towing boats, having some fun in the mud, and trenching a couple yards. It's a bit hard on the tranny...
am i gonna stop doing those things cause i killed a tranny? HELL NO! its fun lol
running 35's, if you decide you want more power and re-gear definitely go 4.30's or 4.56's. if you plan on going back to a 33 once these wear out, id go 4.30's, 4.56's will probly give you a terrible highway mpg running a smaller tire.
to the other question about 37s, id regear. i ran 35's with my truck and destroyed my whole rear end, i drove it kinda hard, luckily it was still under warranty. im sure it was my own fault tho, i also had the 8.8 rear end instead of the larger rear end most everyone here has.
