Torsion Bar Key Concerns?

I have a 2001 F150 XLT 4x4 and I am looking to get a 2 inch leveling kit for the front. Are there any options besides the torsion bar keys? If not, has anyone any problems with them or are there any special steps to take besides just installing them?

Thanks for any help

Don't do it. They are the absolute worst product ever made. They will destroy your ride quality and create severe angles on your CV and ball joints which will lead to premature failure. Just crank up the torsion bars using the OEM keys. You should be able to get about 2 inches of lift out of them.
