Tighten body mount bolts

I've had a body lift on my 2000 F150 for years now. Ever since it was installed it has made a popping noise at the body mounts. I had taken it back to the shop and was told nothing was wrong.

Eventually I pulled the carpet up to access the two mounts at the front of the cab under your feet and noticed that the bolts are about 1/4" from being tightened all the way down. Same goes for the ones under the rear seat. I've concluded that the popping noise I hear when turning or hitting a bump is the body flexing/moving in that space.

I tried as hard as I could with my own wrench to get these things tightened, didn't work. Short of taking this to a different garage what do I need to tighten these things all the way down for good?

I don't know what to say. If the bolts are not tight, they need to be tightened. Why can't you tighten them down? Are they stripped or crossthreaded? Is the bottom bushing/nut spinning?

No, I'm just not able to turn them using hand tools. Short of taking it to a garage with air tools and relying on someone else to do it right, I'm wondering if there are any type of drill (impact wrench, hammer drill) or method you guys could recommend?

Do you have room under their to use a cheater on your wrench? Are there threads on the remaining 1/4", if not maybe the bolts are too long, if thats the case, get a few washers and put on there to make up for the loose play.

If you do not have an impact gun they make adapters to use with your drill to make them an impact gun, but I do not know how well they work.
