Thanks man! Did you get the 330's? I can't wait to see them on your truck.

Good point. A 4x4 is 2 inches higher in the rear than a 2WD, but only 1 inch higher in the front, so then 2" shackles will level a 2WD.

Lee,
I did and you inspired me to go with the 22's after seeing your truck. They should be here this week. I am chomping at the bit to get them on. lol

I have the drop shackles already but that GF 2/4 is outta my reach for awhile. But I can dream. lol.

Nice! What color did you go with?

Believe it or not I found the 2/4 kit brand new for $350

Not through my work either.

I went with the black and chrome. 350? Are you serious? Was that from an individual or business? I would be interested in that no matter where its from!

There was a custom shop up in the Dallas area and he had a few kits leftover. It was an ad on craigslist. He was asking $400 and I asked him if he would take $350. He said if I went up there that night and got them he would do it. Keep an eye on craigslist in the Dallas area. I bought my wheels and drop kit from people in the Dallas area that posted on CL.

Outstanding! Thanks!

Lee, you think you could haul a half cord of wood in your truck without dragging or rubbing? That is the heaviest I would ever haul or need to haul but I will definitly need to haul it. I know I can do it with just the drop shackles but what about the 2/4 on there?

Will do man and thanks for the offer. I can do most things but that looks like it might need more than two hands. Lol

Honestly I don't know how much that amount of wood weighs.

Here's a picture of just the 2/4 drop in the rear before the shackles. You can see the rear still sits up a pretty good amount.
